I found the book very engaging and extremely practical. The ideas and concepts are easily explained and the book is easy to read. The information is not only interesting, it enables the reader to a implement a plan of action.

Mark does a great job in this book telling stories that are relatable to all of us! He gives great advice that I plan to use to help me further my success in my life!Chapter 15 was one of my favorite chapters! Positivity can change a persons life!

This is a great book with excellent insight into what changes I need to make to achieve what I want to. I have just started to implement them in my business dealings, and already I can see the success that they will yield.

Mark has written a great book about sales and business that clearly shows his experience in the field at successfully winning new business. He has communicated a step-by-step guide as to how to strategize, plan and execute in a competitive sales market and how to apply similar practices to other aspects of life. I highly recommend it.

The stories really draw a person in to the lessons taught in the book. It makes you feel like you were there participating in his school sales for the Thanksgiving turkey drawing. He points out a lot of things that anyone can do to become not only a better sales person but a better person in general and helps us understand things that he has learned over a long period of time. If we are or want to be sales people (which we all are) in one way or another, Mark points out a number of things that can be done before the contact as well as during the contact to improve sales and make them feel right at home with the purchase or what ever it is that they are engaging in.

This book is comprehensive and extremely helpful in achieving my business goals. This book was an easy read and easily applied to my business. I hit the ground running with this and the techniques taught will be passed on throughout my business and will be highly recommended to others in my community.
