I enjoyed The Orion Front from the first page to the last. The story moved at a great pace and had everything that I have come to expect from M.D. Cooper. The hard science fiction, space battles and more. After the emotional cliff hangers of Airthan Ascendancy and Rika Conqueror I needed this book and I was NOT disappointed.I loved interplay between charters that we have not see together in a long time. Then the clues that have dropped about the past... I want more as always.
Weaving together the multiple storylines was well do one. Enjoyed having Terrance take a larger portion of the action than in earlier books. Fid not like the ending of the book with Tangel's daujghters situation.
Another hit by Michael Cooper. I don't know how he does it, but it just gets better and better. Action, suspense, comedy, and great personal relationships.
Another page turner. Ended off some threads nicely. Looking forward to Starfire to see where the story leads next.So many great characters, overcoming their battles in creative ways.Keep up the good work!
Somehow this latest iteration in the Orion war series remind me more of one specific title earlier in the series...War on a Thousand Fronts. That title might be equally apt for thisbook as well as such is happening on so many fronts so as to make you dizzy.And as if my perplexity is not enough, there is quite a number of characters that are equally nonplussed in the situations arising in this book, which you need to read your self as such are sometimes rather complex and involved.One thing though, I developed a sudden hunkering to become Retyna Man (in other words, turn purple as is Jessica) as she has the coolest abilities developing as consequence of her conversion. Atta girl, Jessica!M.D. Cooper with Orion War once again provided fans with a page turner. Enjoy.
Yet again the continuing lives of the Intrepid just keeps getting better and better. Looking forward to the next installment.
