I was looking for vintage pictures of the NJ shore - any postcards I found online were expensive and not quite what I wanted. Then I found this book: it has maps of several different parts of the shore, it has images that vary from groups of people enjoying the shore to images of shipwrecks and the scenery. I can't tell you if this was a good read, as I didn't read it, I was just in it for the pictures, and they were great!
I got one of the original printings and it is a great book. For those of you from Jersey or just looking for some of the history of the Jersey shore, this book is for you!
